We’re very sorry to hear that the lamp did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product feels different in quality or appearance compared to what you anticipated — especially in comparison to other items you’ve purchased from us.

Your comments regarding the transparency, the visible light bulb, and the size and handling are very helpful. We will make sure to pass this feedback on to our product team so we can review the product presentation and details more carefully.

We completely understand your decision to return the item and are sorry it wasn’t the right fit for you this time. If there’s anything we can do to assist you with the return process or help you find a more suitable alternative, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you again for your feedback — it truly helps us improve.
